How the refund works
4 Simple Steps — Start to Refund
If you ever need to discontinue, here's exactly what happens. No guesswork, no calls to a manager.
You pay in advance for a block of hours
When you enrol, you purchase a set of tuition hours upfront. Classes are held only when your account has sufficient credit. You decide when to schedule them — no fixed expiry within the policy window.
You get one full month to decide
From the date of your child's first class, you have one month to evaluate. If you choose to discontinue within that window, you qualify for a refund on unused hours.
After one month from the start date, unused hours are non-refundable.
Two things get deducted — and only two
From the total amount you paid, we subtract:

Whatever remains after those two deductions is your refund. No additional charges, no arbitrary hold, no fight. Contact our support team to initiate the process and we'll confirm the timeline based on your payment method.
About discounts and refund calculation
If you received an introductory discount at enrollment, it applied to your first payment only. All subsequent payments follow standard rates. When calculating your refund, attended classes are always valued at standard rates — not the discounted rate you paid. This is how the deduction math works.
Enrolled via EMI or a loan?
Angle Tuition covers your loan processing fee at enrollment. However, if you request a refund, your lending partner may apply financing charges or interest when closing the loan — these will be deducted from the refundable amount per the financier's policy (not ours). Check with your lender before cancelling.

Regardless of what you paid at enrollment, attended classes are deducted at these published rates. All prices include 18% GST.

Note: The ₹450/hour standard rate is used even if you paid a lower discounted rate per hour at enrollment.
