Yes. Every class is one teacher and one student, always. There are no batches, no group sessions, no shared classes. And the same teacher who delivers the demo class continues as your child's regular teacher for the full course, right through the board exam. We never rotate teachers after the demo.

If you discontinue within the first month from the start of classes, we refund the remaining balance after deducting the cost of attended classes (calculated at standard rates) and a ₹500 administrative fee. Refunds are processed at standard rates, not at any discounted rate you may have availed. No refunds are provided for withdrawals made after one month from the start date. This policy is in writing, you receive it before classes begin.

Yes. EMI options are available via Bajaj Finserv and other financing partners. You can also pay in smaller tranches rather than a single large advance. Note: if you cancel after using an EMI plan, any financing charges applied by the lending partner during loan closure may be deducted from the refundable amount as per the partner's policy. Our counsellor will explain all options clearly before you pay anything.

Yes, always. We teach from your child's own school textbook, current chapter, and exam calendar. Whether your child attends a UAE school following CBSE, ICSE, or another board, the teacher aligns to exactly where your child's school is, including mid-year joins, exam-eve rescue plans, and board-specific question patterns. "What they teach doesn't match the school chapters" is one of the most common complaints about other tuition services; it doesn't happen here.

Yes. The teacher who takes the free demo class is the same teacher who continues with your child for the full course. We do not assign a different (or lower-quality) teacher after the demo. If at any point you feel the teacher isn't the right fit, you can request a teacher change, we will arrange it.

We offer flexible slots from early morning to 10, 11 PM IST (including Gulf-time-friendly evenings, after UAE school and after work). Weekend slots, study-leave intensives, and exam-week scheduling are all available. We also reschedule around UAE school holidays and exam calendars. You choose the slot; we build the class around your family's routine.

Yes. Teachers can teach in English, Malayalam, or a natural mix, whichever your child is most comfortable with. Most NRI Malayali families in Ajman and the UAE prefer the mixed approach. Tell us your preference when booking the demo and we will match accordingly.

Yes. Students join at any point in the year, including mid-year, after pre-boards, and even with only 2, 3 months to the board exam. Our mentor will build a plan based on your child's current position, the syllabus remaining, and the time available. Last-minute rescue plans are available and have worked well for many Class 10 students.

Your dedicated mentor sends progress updates on WhatsApp after every chapter test, including the score, what gaps were found, and what the plan is next. You can also sit in on any class and observe.
